Mouth is now officially a Webelo

This is the secret rite of passage into the Webelos den. They have to eat a powdered sugar doughnut while being suspended upside down. It sounds pretty hard to me-how can you swallow? To get into the bear den the boys have to fight the bear (dad) in a tent. For the wolf den the boys have to drink a whole cup of real wolf blood without throwing up. The boys all think its hawaiian punch or tomato juice. But the adults know the truth!

Did you know that I am the Webelos leader in my ward? It is a lot of fun!

We don't have any rites of passage like that. Maybe we should?

Eating a donut upside down? Sounds like something those boys would just love to do! Kevin and Caroline are doing cub scouts now too - maybe a new idea for their pack meetings too.
